For those who may not be aware something horrible is in the works. Have you ever heard of net neutrality and do you know why it is important?
Vote for a proposal to do away with net neutrality rules will be underway on December 14th.
The head of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Ajit Pai made announcements in more recent times stating that the heavy-handed regulations Democrats imposed on the internet needed to be removed.
He is as implied above trying to get these rules repealed completely.
Chairman @AjitPaiFCC proposes to end heavy-handed Internet regulations and restore light-touch approach under which Internet thrived prior to 2015.

Net neutrality is something that guarantees internet service providers and government-run agencies ensure that all legal websites are being treated equally.
This meaning we all have access to them and they are open to everyone with a connection to the Web.
Not all countries have this, as you can see in the tweet below a world without net neutrality would be ridiculous.

Ajit Pai said as follows in a statement:
“The FCC would simply require Internet service providers to be transparent about their practices so that consumers can buy the service plan that’s best for them and entrepreneurs and other small businesses can have the technical information they need to innovate.”
Could you imagine a world where we had to pay separately for internet use of social media websites and Netflix?
Even wanting to access your email account would cost you more… Inappropriately this initiative is being called, “Restoring Internet Freedom.”
Sort of ironic since freedom looks like exactly what they are trying to get rid of.
Netflix supports strong #NetNeutrality. We oppose the FCC’s proposal to roll back these core protections.

It seems their goal is to make the internet into some kind of cash cow, those with more money would be able to access more of the internet and those with less would be forced to remain sheep and only access their social media accounts or necessity sites.
With so much information at our fingertips, the thought of anyone wanting to take it away is beyond infuriating.
The FCC should stop to take note of the UN Human Rights Council declaring public Internet access as something that should not be disrupted by state-run agencies or any governments.
Net neutrality is something we should never have to consider being without.
While to some it may sound a bit odd or unnecessary it is very important to us as a whole.
Why the FCC is seeking to make a mess of things I am not quite sure.
As mentioned above taking away our means of informing ourselves is extremely dangerous.
