Astrology is often disregarded and labelled fraudulent, because there is so much false content out there. A lot of people without proper knowledge of astrology, make claims about the signs of the zodiac which are untrue. Today, we shall discuss these false claims or myths about each zodiac sign, which are extremely common, but quite far from the truth!
“Arians are flashy.”
The world expects every Aries person to be some sort of tasteless, human-child, shouting for attention with their red sports cars, fuchsia lipstick and bleached hair. The truth, however, is that Arians place a lot of importance on their appearance, but that doesn’t mean the end result is something excessive or cheap.
“Taureans are lazy.”
People born under the symbol of the Bull, are laid-back, not lazy. They like taking their time with things and recharging properly as opposed to rushing through everything mindlessly. Their lack of haste does not make them complacent.
“Geminis will always go behind your back.”
Due to the symbol of The Twins, people mistakenly think Geminis are two-faced. In reality, this means they have two sides to their personality – both of which can be nice, by the way. Nowhere does it say that Geminis will say one thing to your face and another behind your back.
“Cancerians are caring.”
Cancerians CAN be very caring towards their loved ones, but they can also be quite cold towards outsiders and strangers, due to their instinct of self-preservation. Not only that, if they are having one of their crabby spells, they might just be too cranky to care about how other people feel.
“Leos are arrogant.”
Leos are proud and they love being superior, but they aren’t arrogant unless provoked by those who question them unnecessarily. Most of the time, they are benevolent and warm, not snooty or arrogant! There is a difference between pride and arrogance, after all.
“Virgos are neat and clean.”
Virgos are very nit-picky, but this doesn’t always translate to physical cleanliness in their own lives. In fact, they like other people to be neat and clean. They are so busy keeping the corners of their mind neat and tidy, that they would rather not waste time getting their hands dirty with dusting and dishwashing!
“Librans are always fair.”
In theory, Librans are supposed to be the sign of justice. This makes us believe that they are very fair people, forgetting that fairness is a subjective matter. Therefore, Librans are only fair to their own cause. They fight only for that which they perceive as injustice, even if they are wrong. Not very fair, is it?
“Scorpios are always horny.”
Scorpios know the pain of everyone reading their horoscope and looking at them as sexual chemists who are masters in bed. The truth, though, is that Scorpios aren’t as oversexed as people might think, and they aren’t always thinking about something sexual.
“Sagittarians are always honest.”
Sagittarius’s candour and misplaced, tactless word vomit are often perceived as childlike honesty, deluding people into thinking Sagittarians cannot lie. But the Archer is very capable of lying, cheating and playing people, because nobody suspects them of it! In addition to that, they have a tendency to exaggerate and tell tall tales, too.
“Capricorns are prudish.”
Capricorns are extremely kinky in bed, but their disciplined and cold exterior confuses people into thinking they are boring. The truth is, that all the repressed fantasies of this sign come out in the bedroom, really surprising their partners.
“Aquarians are wild.”
We are sure that some Aquarians in this world are wild. Most of them, however, are brilliant artistes, performers, thinkers or scientists, who are yoga-doing bohemian vegans. They all have a rigid system of beliefs and aren’t as wild as people might think.
“Pisceans are malleable creatures.”
If someone is strong arming a Piscean, they don’t object or disagree up front. They either go cry in their own dream world, or they just disappear without a trace, avoiding confrontation. Pisces doesn’t put up with constant coercion – this sign always finds a way of quietly escaping when pushed too far.
