…and this is what he looked like towards the end of his life.

There are many different believes why MJ started with plastic surgery. He ended up spending hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars on his appearance.

He believed to have had his first plastic surgery in the early ’80s. These surgeries turned into a habit, some might even say an addiction at the end of his life.

Many were left wondering what Michael would have looked like if he wouldn’t have started with cosmetic procedures. These procedures included, but weren’t limited to cheek implants, skin bleaching, chin restructuring, botox, fillers, and lip augmentation.

Those all followed his first procedure, a nose job in 1979.

He kept getting work done on his nose over the years as it seemed to get smaller and more pointed. Even to the point that his airways got blocked.

Fortunately for his career and his many fans, it never affected his singing voice.

Jackson was haunted by a many issues throughout his life. That might have been one of the reasons why his appearance turned into such a drastic transformation.
